Children are the most crucial human resources of a country and, right from therefore, birth to require special care and attention ensure their heal thy growth and development. The first three years of child are very important for the physical, mental and intellectual growth. The qualities,
a person imbibes as a child, depends on the care and treatment he gets during early period. Therefore, growing children have to be provided opportunities for the realization of potentialities with love, affection and care. The development Of children is thus, influenced by the child care practices adopted by the family and society.
