Abstract
Phacoemulsification lens extraction and artificial intraocular lens (IOL)
implantation can offer a favorable success rate and is considered as the most
appropriate technique for the treatment of cataract. The lenses used in the study
were of multifocal hydrophilic or hydrophobic acrylics.
