Abstract
Characterization of Ovine adipose tissue derived mesenchymal stem cells
(ADMSCs) was done in adult sheep after isolation of ADMSCS from different
sources, viz subcutaneous, omental, renal, scrotal and perineal regions. Collected
Ovine adipose tissue samples were processed in a sterile condition for isolation of
ADMSCS as per the standard procedures.
