Abstract
BM-MSCs from adult ovine bone marrow were isolated and characterized by
plastic adherence, morphology, growth characteristics, cell surface antigen proļ¬le,
transcription factor profile and differentiation repertoire in-vitro. 30 bone samples
from adult sheep were collected from femur, tibia and iliac crest irrespective of breed
and sex for isolation, out of which 10 samples were subjected for characterization
study.
