Abstract
The study was conducted to evaluate the efficiency of different diluents in
maintaining the fertilizing ability guinea fowl spermatozoa along with artificial
insemination with two doses of spermatozoa in two diluents each with and without
vaginal douching. A total of 25 males and 108 females were used for this study.
All birds Were maintained in standard feeding and managemental conditions.
