In the present work, structural analysis of non-pneumatic tyres for two-wheel vehicles has been performed. ANSYS MECHANICAL software is use for structural analysis. Non-Pneumatic tyre and pneumatic tyre configurations of the same dimensional specifications i.e. inner diameter of 457.2mm and outer diameter of 617.2mm have been considered. A three-dimensional computational domain is modelled and the involved differential equations are solved using a finite element method. The static analysis module solves the equations for total deformation, maximum stresses, contact pressure, and strain energy for a variable force range of 1 kN to 4 kN with a rotational velocity of 0.01 rad/sec. The effects of variable force on vertical stiffness and load carrying capacity are studied for static and dynamic analysis. The optimal values of geometric parameters are obtained on the basis of the vertical stiffness and load carrying capacity in the range of the vertical force of 1 kN to 4 kN. The optimum design of the tyre is NPT found by the comparison between the total deformation and maximum stress, which is much less than that of the pneumatic tyre, corresponding to the non-pneumatic tyre's having different materials in their component structure. The NPT is the best in all the above-observed mechanical properties according to the conventional pneumatic tyre.
