Abstract: Two cases of dogs were presented with the history of anorexia, melena, oliguria and vomiting past few days. The dogs were subjected to physical examination, followed by radiographic, electrocardiographic and serum biochemistry evaluation. The physical examination together with clinical investigations confirmed the cases of hyperkalemia induced transient atrial standstill with acute kidney injury.
