Abstract: The occurrence of uterine torsion and its treatment failures in buffaloes lead to heavy economic loss to the poor farmers in rural areas. Hence, estimation of haemato- biochemical parameters, blood cortisol levels and histopathology of placentome and endometrium may assist the clinician to predict the prognosis and to fix the therapeutic plan of uterine torsion in buffaloes.
